Issues with an upstream providers core router is belived responsible for recent performance issues. The provider has advised that these issues should now be resolved.

Details:
There appears to be some residule routing and dns problems following the rectification of the upstream provider issue. This currently affecting VIC, WA, SA/NT and TAS Customers who may have issues browsing to some websites. This matter is currently under investigation

The Telstra technician has attended site and rectified the issue with their NTU. Affected DSL Sessions are now starting to come back online. If your end customer is still experiencing Authentication issues, please have them power off their CPE for up to 10 minutes and power it back up.
